Use of Service

MatrixQR is a QR code scanner and generator for personal and professional use. You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not use the app to create QR codes for malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Not use the app to spam or harass others

Subscriptions & Payments

MatrixQR Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription:

• Subscription options: Weekly or Yearly plans
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard terms

Intellectual Property

MatrixQR and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. QR codes you generate are yours to use freely.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MatrixQR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
